Cancellation Policy
"Hot Date" reservations must be cancelled at least fourteen (14) days in advance, and full payment is due one week prior to arrival (Hoopfest, Bloomsday, and New Year's Eve). Discounted rates are not eligible for cancellations. Standard nightly reservations for 3 nights or less must be cancelled at least 48 hours in advance or guest will be billed for one full night. We look forward to serving you!
Spokane Club Member Quarterly Hotel Discount
Every quarter, each membership will receive two room nights at exclusive rates for just $40 for a standard room or $90 for a suite. It's perfect for hosting out-of-town friends, family, or business associates, or for treating yourself to a staycation! Of course, if you need additional nights, you can still book rooms at the regular member rate of $149. Whether for work or leisure, we look forward to welcoming you or your guests for a memorable stay!
