Cancellation Policy
"Hot Date" reservations must be cancelled at least fifteen (15) days in advance, and full payment is due one week prior to arrival (Hoopfest, Bloomsday, New Year's Eve, and Fridays/Saturdays - March to September). Discounted rates are not eligible for cancellations.
Standard nightly reservations for 3 nights or less must be cancelled at least 48 hours in advance or guest will be billed for one full night. Standard nightly reservations for 3 nights or more must be cancelled at least 7 days in advance or guest will be billed 50% of total booking amount. We look forward to serving you!
